-> Schedule an appointment: The first step is to get an online appointment with the Hungarian embassy or consulate in Islamabad. Hence, you must book the appointment at least three months before your travel to Hungary.   

-> Confirm your appointment: After booking the appointment, the consulate will email you up to three days before your scheduled date. The embassy will send you a ticket number to find the room at the embassy.

-> Interview day: You must attend an in-person interview along with your application and supporting documents on the day of your scheduled interview.

-> Visa decision: Finally, after you have given the interview and submitted all the documents, wait for the decision. It may take a few weeks. If your visa is accepted, you will be notified. However, If it’s rejected, you can request an appeal for administrator review within seven days.

Documents Required for Study Visa in Pakistan

-> Passport (must be valid for at least 18 months)

-> Two passport-size photographs

-> Letter of Acceptance from Hungarian university

-> Education documents attested from IBCC, HEC, and MOFA

-> Letter of Motivation
